Bio

Nicky and Jenny are the founders of Gladkov Ministries. They are a young missionary family. In 2021 the Lord called Nicky into being a full-time missionary working with the ministry of Christ for all Nations. In January 2022, Jenny came into Nicky's life with the same call to reach the nations with the gospel and discipleship. By October, they married and started to run at full speed to advance God's Kingdom on the mission field. Our mission is to proclaim the simple message of the gospel to the unreached people in the world. Whether it’s to hundreds of thousands at a crusade or hut-to-hut visits in the most remote village we are devoted to preaching the gospel. Our hearts burn for people in North Africa and the Middle East, where Christianity can be less than 2% of the population.

Our passion is to see the lost come to Jesus Christ by preaching the entire Gospel and demonstrating the Spirit and power. We want nothing more than to lead people to an encounter with the living God. But we are equally as passionate to see converts become mature disciples of Jesus. At Gladkov Ministries, we focus on joining discipleship with today's tremendous evangelistic movement happening around the world. We love to equip the believers to do the work of the ministry and train churches to disciple new believers.

We are driven by eternity and have said "yes" to the call of God to give our full time and efforts to bring the saving power of Jesus to our generation.

Our Mission

At Gladkov Ministries, our mission is to faithfully preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ with an unwavering commitment to a 4 step strategy of proclamation, demonstration, invitation, and transformation. We are dedicated to spreading the message of salvation to all nations, ensuring lives are forever changed and communities are transformed by the power of the Gospel. We exist to reach the unreached with the Gospel. The places God has called us to reach out are Northern Africa and Middle Eastern countries. Less than 3% of missionaries go to these places due to the Islamic faith that is dominating in these parts of the world. These are some of the most unreached countries in the world, where many have never had to chance to hear the good news.

  • 1 Corinthians 2:2

For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

The Gospel is not a debate but a declaration; it is not an argument but an announcement. This is what we see and model through the ministry of Apostle Paul. He didn't go to debate or argue but to proclaim a message—the message of salvation. That Jesus, the Son of God, died for our sins and rose from the dead on the third day. And if we put our faith in him, we will be saved.

  • 1 Corinthians 2:4-5

And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

We believe and see that God demonstrates his power to forgive, heal, set free, and deliver after the proclamation of the Gospel. We don't only preach about the power of God, but we must also demonstrate it. Jesus told his disciples, "These signs shall follow them that believe" (Mark 16:17-18). The preaching of the Gospel is accompanied by casting out demons and healing. We read in 1 Corinthians 2:4 that Apostle Paul would demonstrate the power of God after he proclaimed the Gospel so the hears would trust in God alone.

  • 2 Corinthians 6:2

Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

There is no other time than right now! The present moment is all we have. We are never guaranteed tomorrow, meaning a person may never get another chance to respond to Jesus. So after every gospel message, we urge every person to surrender their life to Jesus. We call them to repent of their sins, be baptized, and put their faith in Jesus alone (Acts 2:38, Romans 10:9). It is an invitation to experience God's transformative power and eternal salvation. We extend a heartfelt invitation to all people to encounter the living God regardless of background or circumstance. We reach out to those who are lost, broken, and searching for meaning, assuring them of God's unconditional love and the hope found in Jesus Christ.

  • Mathew 28:20

Teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you

We believe that the Gospel has the power to transform lives, families, communities, and even nations. We seek to see lasting change take place, not only in individuals' spiritual lives but also in their relationships, attitudes, behaviors, and lifestyles. We are committed to equipping and empowering believers to live out their faith boldly.

We do this through true discipleship, in a community committed to teaching and following the bible. As an evangelistic ministry, we do everything we can to plug converts into the local church. We are not just focused on seeing people responding to Jesus, but becoming a true faithful and mature follower of Jesus. As we relentlessly pursue this mission, we trust in the guidance and empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
